At Solace Health and Beauty I promise to be flexible and accommodating for my clients. I respectfully ask that a minimum of 24 hours notice is given for cancellations or changes to appointments, so I am able to offer that appointment to another client. A 50% charge will apply for appointment cancellations or changes made without 24 hours notice. Deposits may be taken during busy periods such as Christmas. Thank you for your understanding.
Appointments outside a 5 mile radius from my home address, may be subject to a small fuel fee, at just 50p per mile beyond. Thanks for your understanding
Please inform me of any allergies or medical conditions at your initial consultation as certain conditions can contra-indicate some treatments.
I accept cash, cheque (made payable to Helen March), Paypal payment, and online bank transfer payment. Online or ebay payment must be made within 24 hours of treatment. If this is not possible then please use an alternative form of payment.

As a thank you for your continued custom, if you spend over £20 you receive a set number of points, depending on the value of the treatment you have paid for. When you collect 10 points, your loyalty card is worth £10, allowing you to treat yourself to even more well deserved pampering!
The card is for one named person only and can not be shared.
The £10 discount offer is valid for one year from the date of your first treatment.
If you lose your card, unfortunately the existing points cannot be redeemed.
