Terms and Conditions
At Solace Health and Beauty I promise to be flexible and accommodating for my clients. I respectfully ask that a minimum of 24 hours notice is given for cancellations or changes to appointments, so I am able to offer that appointment to another client. A 50% charge will apply for appointment cancellations or changes made without 24 hours notice. Deposits may be taken during busy periods such as Christmas. Thank you for your understanding.
Please inform me of any allergies or medical conditions at your initial consultation as certain conditions can contra-indicate some treatments.
I accept cash, debit/credit card, Paypal payment, and online bank transfer payment. Online or paypal payment must be made at the time of treatment. If this is not possible then please use an alternative form of payment.
